My journey of Tai Chi

My health was poor when I was a child, so I started learning Shao Ling kung fu to strengthen my body. After that, I learned Ba Gua and Xing Yi Quan with my friend.

I injured my back in 1971 when I was working on the farm, from then, I started learning and practicing Tai Chi and Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa. And I have continued Tai Chi practice since then.

So I have practiced Tai Chi for 50 years now. In the meantime, I learned other types of Qi Gong, and I was the coach for Ming Mu gong in the workers club in Shanghai in 1992. I started teaching Tai Chi in 2006 and began teaching Tai Chi in the community in 2009.
